Guest Rooms, Corridors & Lift Lobbies Renovation
This project is the main contract of refurbishment for 389 nos. of guest room (Phase 1, 2 and 3), 9 storeys of corridors and lift lobbies at the ICGS Hotel. Design, supply and installation of Loose Furniture for this project. (Approximate Fit out Areas: 1830sqm per storey x 9 = 16470sqm)
