This project is the main contract of refurbishment for 2 nos. of mock up guest room at 8/F and a part of corridors first, then refurbishment for 368 nos. of guest room (Phase 1 to 6), 10 storeys of corridors and lift lobbies at the YMCA of Hong Kong.
